What To Include

• Your name, business name if applicable, and contact details.
• The product links, styles, or design references you are considering.
• Quantities by size and color, including any custom measurements.
• Your delivery country, postal code, and required arrival date.
• Any packaging, labeling, or coordination requirements.

Your Quote

We review fabric availability, embroidery work, tailoring, and shipping before quoting. The written quote will state the product specification, quantity, price, currency, payment schedule, production estimate, shipping arrangements, and any applicable minimum order.

A quote does not reserve materials or production capacity unless we confirm that reservation. Samples, bespoke development, and design changes may carry separate charges agreed in advance.

Approvals And Fulfillment

Please review samples and written specifications carefully. For coordinated outfits, order together where possible to reduce differences between fabric and thread batches. We will discuss what variation to expect.

Wholesale or bespoke order terms must be agreed in writing before payment. Consumer rights that apply to an order are not excluded by this enquiry page.
