Requesting A Cancellation

Contact us promptly with your order number to request cancellation. Standard orders can be cancelled before dispatch. For custom orders, contact us before approving production; once cutting, stitching or personalization begins, cancellation may be restricted. We confirm the actual order status and available options. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Standard-Size Orders

Before dispatch, we will explain whether cancellation is possible and any refund due. If a parcel has already been dispatched, follow our return process. This operational cutoff does not restrict a cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable consumer law.

Custom And Made-To-Measure Orders

Production requires your written approval of the specification and the agreed payment. If cancellation of custom work is permitted after production starts, any proposed retention must reflect reasonable work already performed or non-recoverable materials, be explained with supporting details, and be lawful. No arbitrary cancellation penalty applies.

Changing An Order

For a size, measurement, color, design, or address change, send the complete revised information promptly. Changes depend on the stage of work and material availability. We confirm any revised price and completion estimate before proceeding. A requested design change is not accepted until confirmed in writing.

We may be unable to accept or fulfill an order because of material unavailability, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, or a reasonable fraud concern. We will contact you, explain the issue where appropriate, and refund any payment due for unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute a design or materially alter your order without agreement.

Refunds And Legal Rights

Approved cancellations are refunded under our Refund Policy. Mandatory rights for standard goods, late delivery, defects, or nonconforming work take priority over these voluntary cancellation terms.
