Using This Store

These terms apply when you use EshalPreet’s website or place an order. Read them with the product description, checkout information, and linked policies. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply even if a term says otherwise.

Eligibility And Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have the appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Keep account access secure and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but not for losses that the law makes our responsibility.

Product Information

We aim to describe each garment accurately, including fabric, embroidery, included pieces, sizing, and production estimates. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance. Small handcrafted differences may occur within the agreed design; they do not excuse a material mismatch, missing item, or defect. Ask us to clarify any essential feature before ordering.

Prices And Payments

Prices are stated in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless checkout expressly states another currency. Applicable shipping and collected taxes are shown before payment. Your provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees. Only the methods offered at checkout are accepted. See our Payment Policy.

Order Acceptance

The automatic order receipt acknowledges submission. For custom work, we separately confirm the specification, payment requirements and production estimate before you approve production. We contact you about unavailable materials or required clarification before a material change. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we provide the remedy and refund required by law. An agreed price is not changed without your consent.

Shipping, Risk, And Returns

See the Shipping Policy for preparation, delivery, and import charges. Responsibility for goods transfers only at the point permitted by applicable law; handing a parcel to our carrier does not automatically transfer all loss risk to you. Returns, cancellations, and custom work are governed by the relevant linked policies and mandatory rights.

Intellectual Property And Prohibited Uses

Store content and original creative work are protected where intellectual property law applies. Do not copy protected content without permission or use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access, harassment, or infringement. Lawful uses and statutory exceptions remain available.

Your Submissions

You retain rights in material you submit. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to assess and fulfill your request or provide support. We request separate permission before using your photographs or testimonial in marketing. Do not submit material that you are not entitled to share or that unlawfully violates another person’s rights.

Third-Party Services

Links and payment or delivery services may be operated by third parties with their own terms. We do not guarantee unrelated external content. This does not remove our responsibility for suppliers or services where the law makes us responsible.

Warranties And Liability

We take reasonable care to maintain the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or the absence of every technical error. Nothing excludes implied consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with the rights applicable to your order.

Responsibility For Misuse

To the extent lawful, you may be responsible for direct losses caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the store or infringement of another person’s rights. This is not an obligation to reimburse us for our own negligence, misconduct, or statutory obligations.

Governing Law And Disputes

Our business operates in Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the law and courts applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or a legally available forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes And Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue where possible. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights under an existing order. We show the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
