How Do I Choose My Size?

Compare your body measurements with the chart for the specific design. Contact us if you are between sizes. Our measurement guide explains how to measure.

Can You Make An Outfit To My Measurements?

Yes. Select Custom Size where available. Custom sizing of the chosen design is included at no extra sizing cost. Design and fabric changes require a separate agreement.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Made-to-order production and carrier transit are separate stages. Check the item’s estimate before ordering and tell us if you have an event date. Contact us before payment for your design’s current production schedule and an estimated delivery date.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship from Pakistan. Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout. Qualifying orders of PKR 100,000 or more receive free shipping. Destination duties and import taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility.

How Do I Track My Order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch notification or the order-status link in your confirmation. Read tracking guidance.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?

Eligibility depends on the garment and reason for return. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale for a change of mind, without limiting rights for faults or under applicable law. Read the return and exchange policy before ordering.

What If My Item Is Damaged Or Incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the garment, packaging, and issue. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request.

How Can I Pay?

Checkout displays the payment methods available for your order and location. Prices and checkout charges are in PKR. Your payment provider may apply conversion charges. Meezan Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery are configured; use only the method offered for your order at checkout. International bank transfers require routing details to be confirmed with us before payment. Online card payments are not currently connected.

Will The Color Match My Screen?

Lighting and display settings can change how a shade appears. Ask for clarification before ordering if a shade is important. Minor handwork variation is natural; a materially incorrect product is handled separately.

How Should I Care For Embroidery?

Follow the garment label, protect delicate details from friction, and avoid direct heat on zari and sequins. Read our care guide.
