Payment Policy

Accepted Methods

Meezan Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery are configured. Use only the methods offered at checkout for your order and destination. Online card payments are not currently connected. For international transfers, contact us to confirm routing details and any bank charges before sending funds.

Currency And Final Total

Our store currency is PKR. Review the final amount, shipping, discounts, and any collected taxes before paying. Your bank or provider may convert the amount and add foreign transaction fees using its own rates. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.

Payment Timing

For bank transfers, an order remains unpaid until receipt of funds is verified. Follow the customer-facing bank instructions supplied with your order and use the order number as reference. Custom work starts after the payment agreed with you, measurements and written specification approval are complete. COD is payable on delivery where offered.

Security

Shopify hosts checkout. Bank transfers are handled through your bank and Meezan Bank. Do not send banking passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card security details to us. A transfer screenshot alone is not proof that funds have reached the receiving account.

Declined, Failed, Or Duplicate Payments

If payment fails, check your billing information and contact your provider. Do not repeatedly submit a payment if an amount appears pending; contact us with your order or transaction reference first. A temporary authorization may be released according to your provider’s timetable. We investigate confirmed duplicate charges and refund any amount due.

Fraud Checks And Refunds

We may request proportionate information to verify an order or delivery address. We may pause or decline a transaction where payment cannot be verified or there is a reasonable fraud concern. We handle verification information under our privacy policy. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and applicable law.
