Custom and Made to Order
Your Design, Tailored To You
Our made-to-measure service adjusts an eligible design to your body measurements. Custom sizing is included at no extra sizing cost. Changes to the fabric, embroidery, neckline, or overall design are separate requests and may change the quote.
How The Process Works
- Choose your garment and color, and select Custom Size where available.
- Provide bust or chest, waist, hips, shirt length, sleeve length, and trouser length. State inches or centimeters.
- Tell us your event date and delivery country. For fitted bridalwear or menswear, we may request additional measurements.
- Review the measurements, design details, price, and production estimate we confirm with you.
- Approve the written specification before stitching begins. We will provide tracking when the order is dispatched.
Production And Delivery
Production is quoted individually for the selected design and current schedule. Contact us before payment for the estimated dispatch date and delivery time to your destination.
Production begins after payment requirements, measurements, and design approvals are complete. Shipping transit time is additional. An event date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree to it in writing.
What Can Be Adjusted
We can discuss garment lengths and fit measurements within the construction of the selected design. Requests for sleeve, neckline, lining, color, or fabric changes must be reviewed before payment and approval. Not every embroidery layout or fabric can support every alteration.
After Approval
Contact us promptly if a measurement or detail changes. Alterations may not be possible after cutting or embroidery begins. We confirm any additional work, price, and revised timeline before proceeding.
Custom Order Terms
Check measurements carefully and retain your approved specification. Custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not remove remedies for defects, an incorrect item, or a failure to follow the agreed specification, or any mandatory consumer rights.
For alterations, contact us with the order number and the fit issue before sending anything back. We will confirm the available adjustment, any charge and shipping arrangements. Where we are responsible for a defect or an incorrect specification, your applicable consumer remedies remain available.
