Handcrafted Variation

Handwork can produce small differences in stitch placement, motif spacing, bead arrangement, and thread shade. These details reflect the way a piece is made. Both hand and machine embroidery are used in our collections; the relevant product description should identify the technique rather than suggesting every detail is made by hand.

Fabric And Color

Lighting, photography, screen settings, and fabric sheen can change how a color appears online. Dye lots may also differ slightly. Ask about a shade or request available additional images before ordering if an exact match is important. We do not guarantee that an image on every screen will reproduce the fabric precisely.

What Is Not Excused

Natural variation does not excuse a materially different color or design, missing pieces, incorrect measurements attributable to production, torn fabric, broken fastenings, or defective workmanship. Goods must match their description and agreed specifications and meet applicable legal standards. A general disclaimer cannot override those obligations.

Measurements And Estimates

Fit depends on the garment’s cut, fabric, ease, and accurate measurements. Follow the product-specific chart and custom measurement instructions. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We remain responsible for any remedies required by law if an order is late or not delivered.
